Once a series whose script was rejected several times by various streaming services, it is now one of the most popular series of the moment: Stranger Things† The science fiction horror series sees a group of elementary school kids grow up from season 1 through season 4 to high school students who continue to fight against the evils of the underworld called The Upside Down. That darkness seems to have everything to do with the mysterious girl Eleven (played by Millie Bobby Brown), which grew up in a secret experiment center for people with supernatural powers. There seems to be an inexplicable link between Eleven and the events of the children’s beloved village of Hawkins, which continues to be the target of terrifying attacks from ominous creatures. Even at the end of season 4, the children seem unable to get a grip on the situation, which of course calls for a follow-up season.
Stranger Things season 5
In a statement from Netflix, the makers of the series say: “Seven years ago we planned the full storyline for… Stranger Things† At the time, we predicted that the story would last four to five seasons. It turned out to be too big to tell in four, but – as you’ll soon see – we’re now rushing to our final. Season 4 will be the penultimate season; season 5 will be the last.’ But it is still unclear what that final season will be about. The Stranger Things season 5 storyline has yet to be written, and that’s where brothers Matt and Ross begin Duffer in August.
Stranger Things Season 5: Release Date
The fact that the writing process has yet to start means that we have to wait a little longer until we know how it ends for the Stranger Things-children. Maybe not three years like season 4, but count on the year 2024, as filming probably won’t start until early 2023.
Stranger Things Season 5: Cast
The entire cast of Stranger Things is expected to return in Season 5: Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Finn Wolfhard (Mike), Noah Schnapp (Will), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas), Joe Keery (Steve) , Natalia Dyer (Nancy), Charlie Heaton (Jonathan) and Maya Hawke (Robin). Sadie Sink’s return as Max Mayfield is yet to be seen, as we see her in critical condition in the hospital in Season 4. The club’s adults, Winona Ryder (Joyce) and David Harbor (Hopper), will also be safely back in Hawkins at the end of Season Four and will most likely return. When there is more information about the adventures that the cast will experience again in season 5, you will of course read it on harpersbazaar.nl.
